Keeping It Fresh from Wave to Table
Welcome to WaveKitchen — a space for sonic chefs to prepare high-quality digital ingredients. Whether you are building wavetables for Bitwig, Kyma, Ableton, Serum, or other instruments, WaveKitchen lets you cook up rich sound "sauces" with ease.
Preparing Raw Wavetables
WaveKitchen’s interface gives you a clean workspace: choose from a menu of signal generators, blend in your own audio, or import existing wavetables to season and change them into something new.
Premium Sonic Ingredients — Perfectly Organized
Just as a chef keeps a tidy pantry, WaveKitchen creates clear, native Finder icons for every waveform you make. Each wavetable becomes an easy-to-spot digital ingredient.

Sonic Stars
Whether you are designing, experimenting, or searching for fresh sounds, WaveKitchen keeps your work organized. You can even modify single strands of "Ramen" using precise cuts. The world is your oyster.
Latest Update: v1.1.5: Gastrosonic
New Styling
Kitchen has had a complete visual overhaul. Expect a more refined and consistent UI experience throughout the app.

Extraction Span Presets
A new set of presets for the extraction panel allows you to quickly tune how 'Strict' or 'Loose' the cycle extraction should be, making it easier to extract cycles from complex source material.
Fully Editable Ramen Tables
The extracted cycles navigator now allows you to modify the cycles directly, use the familiar Modifier and Generator panels and the Ramen morph and sort order will be updated automatically.
Saturated Cycles
In Ramen Mode, you can now gain up (and down) with soft clipping, which can be useful for creating more saturated and richer sounds.
Ramen Processing
Apply DC correction to the whole morph table, flip the render ordering of the whole table.
Heat Map
A new heat map feature for the extracted cycle navigator. The color of a cycle is linked to an estimation of its brightness.
Heat Map Presets
With the heat map feature, comes an option to make your exported Ramen tables more visually appealing by choosing a preset color scheme. It will be applied on export to the Finder icon.
New Export Options
The export dialog now has some new options, including a -3db pad, and SVG export and one additional high quality smoothing pass.
Tested with Ableton Live
Multicycle-WAV 1024 sample frame size confirmed to work well with Ableton Live.
Factory Reset
Reset all settings to factory defaults, which clears any persistent state and sets the file export count back to 00.
